PMS Linked To Spinal Misalignment
Women suffering from PMS are more likely to have a spinal misalignment--this according to a study involving 84 women—54 who had been diagnosed with PMS
and 30 who did not carry symptoms of PMS.
In the study, each group of women was given a thorough chiropractic exam. The exam found that misalignments of the spine were much more common in the women
who reported symptoms of PMS.
Next, a series of regular chiropractic adjustments were given to each woman. Months later, the group of women suffering with PMS reported less severe symptoms
or a lack of symptoms. These significant findings prompted researchers to conclude that chiropractic adjustments may well be an effective way to relieve
PMS.
This study is a great example, highlighting just one of the many ways chiropractic adjustments help brain messages reach all parts of the body, thus allowing
the body to naturally heal itself and maximize one’s well-being.
Don’t let aches; pains and sickness steal your joy. See your chiropractor today and make regular chiropractic adjustments a part of your healthy lifestyle.

Hmm, the sample population doesn't look all that large. I'd think to make such a certain statement they'd need a larger one.
And what on earth does your spine have to do with PMS?
just what I was going to ask lol
Lol ask the folks at living with RP, they posted this. No mistake of mine.
